Storytelling that actually moves executives

Storytelling that actually moves executives

You can have the best analysis in the room and still lose the decision. Persuasion isn't about having more data—it's about arranging it into a story a busy executive can act on.

Start with the ask

Lead with the decision you want and why now. Executives read the room in the first thirty seconds; don't make them wait for the point.

Data as evidence, not the plot

Use three data points, not thirty. Each one should support the single claim you're making. Everything else goes in the appendix.

The goal is movement, not admiration. A story that gets a decision beats a deck that gets a compliment every time.
